About Me, Andrew Radbourne
Hi, I'm Andy Radbourne, and my journey in the world of art has been a lifelong adventure.
As far back as I can remember, I've been wielding a pencil and sketching away, fuelled by an innate and undeniable, passion for creativity.
My artistic endeavours took a distinctive turn very early on, as I ventured into the realm of comic books. I've illustrated numerous Indie comics over the years and even had work published in a Marvel UK Annual, many moons ago.
More recently I've proudly authored two issues of "Brit Force," a continuation of an indie comic from the 90s, which marries British charm with superhero excitement, offering readers a unique and thrilling experience. In addition, I poured my heart and imagination into a graphic novel called "Marked," exploring profound narratives and showcasing my storytelling abilities.
Beyond the comic book pages, I've found a home on YouTube, where I channel my enthusiasm for the superhero genre into reviews of movies and TV shows. It's a space to blend my artistic sensibilities with a critical eye, sharing insights and sparking discussions with fellow fans.
While comics hold a special place in my heart, I also enjoy creating caricatures. There's something exhilarating about distilling the essence of individuals into exaggerated yet recognisable forms. It's a different kind of storytelling, one that brings out my versatility as an artist.
My creative journey is a colourful tapestry woven with diverse threads - from comic book storytelling to the whimsical world of caricatures and the analytical lens of movie reviews. I'd love to leave my mark on the artistic landscape but will continue to create irrespective of that - It's in my blood.
I invite you to join me on this exciting adventure. Whether you're flipping through the pages of my comics, laughing at my caricatures, or engaging with my YouTube channel, I hope to share my passion and creativity, you can also find me on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook
